Contact form — When you submit our contact form we collect your name, email address, and message content. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) / pre-contractual communication.

Newsletter subscription — If you subscribe to our mailing list we collect your email address. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email.

To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
To send you event news and updates (only if you subscribed).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers acting as processors:

MailerSend — Delivery of contact-form messages.
Entrio d.o.o. — Ticket sales for events listed on Entrio. See Entrio Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose data where required by law (e.g. to tax or regulatory authorities in Slovenia).

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.
